Particularities of on-line testing development from a line item of resource-based approach are considered. Feasibility of development of the testing objects – the modern pipeline systems in the direction of multithreaded digit-by-digit data processing is shown. The purpose, models and methods of on-line testing of the digital devices are analysed. On the basis of this analysis the on-line testing method with scan checking by inequalities for multithreaded system of digit-by-digit pipelines is offered.
