The necessity of creating a system of energy monitoring Odessa region. Formed electronic database with information about the energy consumption of public sector entities, their technical condition. energy monitoring system enables centralized analysis of the structure and dynamics of energy consumption, extended operational management of energy consumption, increase the speed of response to failure of power supply systems and the accuracy of data collection, the formation of high-quality information base for the introduction of modern methods of energy management.
