Description of approach for calculating of dynamic modes of electromechanical systems (EMS) for mechanisms which have the second mass (moment of inertia of the working body) is significantly greater than the first mass (moment of inertia of the motor rotor). It is shown that the application of corrective negative feedback on the speed difference of the two masses is equivalent to introducing additional dissipation and therefore helps to limit vibrations and reduces the peaks of elasticity moment. It leads to reduction of the load on links of kinematic mechanism and leads to increasing the duration of operation.
This article describes the research electromechanical system of crane rotation mechanism which has a gap of kinematic links, which leads to a significant overload of mechanical elements. It is shown that the introduction of corrective negative feedback reduces overload of EMS by 2.5 times. To implement such feedback is necessary to measure the speed of two masses, but it is impossible to do for the rotating platform. There is a model of EMS, which implements the proposed corrective feedback in the conclusion.
