The descriptions of the information system is usually studied movement of various information streams, as well as their intensity and consistency, various kinds of algorithms and data transformation corresponding to these conditions is currently schema document.

The solution is a perfect description of the desired state of the object and methods for achieving this condition. They are the product of limited use as directed to a particular object in a well- described conditions. The quality of the solution as the final product is shown, indirectly, in activities the object on which the decision is directed.

The procedure for forming sets approach to analysis of information. Organization of information largely determines the order of storage, registration, renewal, transfer and use. The clear organization of data banks allow better justify driving directions, intensity flows, patterns of transformation, the method of query and receiving.

Improving management is one of the major challenges whose solution depends on the degree of progress of commercial enterprise. Every year, inevitably complicated by the intensity increases and the exchange of information on trade networks, and therefore the more urgent problem of devising methods to describe, analyze and study the flow of information. The study of the flow of information gives an overview of the functioning of the management and is the first step in the analysis of the organization. At this stage, can address a number of challenges to improve the flow scheme documents. Further study of information flow allows to identify elements of information display object of research, the relationship between the structure and the dynamics of information flows.
