For improving the exploited power equipment it was developed the conceptual multi-level model for informational supporting of decision-making. The decisions are making for improving the efficiency of hydro-aerodynamics processes. The model allows integrating the information obtained on the levels of monitoring, on the levels of system performance analysis, on the levels of modeling and design. Also the model allows using efficiently all available information about the hydro-aerodynamics, geometry, energy parameters
