INFORRMATION-ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR PERSONAL MOBILE MEDICINE TASKS
Abstract:
In this article, a concept and structure of an innovative modular information-analytical mobile system with feedback for performing long term monitoring, analysis and correction of population health integral indicators are shown. Special focus is set on youth. An algorithm of work, methods of optimization and adaptation to practical tasks of personalized medicine are described. The results of system tests with usage of medical gadgets (Mio fuse), mobile applications (Mio go), and a special program of heart rate variability analysis are stated. The monitoring and express analysis of data allows determining risk groups and providing personalized programs and technologies for non-pharmaceutical, physiologically reasonable and proven by means of demonstrative medicine prophylactic procedures, targeted to a quick stabilization and human health strengthening. The project has social significance. Implementation of the user friendly information platform for monitoring and stabilization of health function with the use of personal mobile health navigator will help people to increase their personal motivation in monitoring the state of their health, to identify early risks of changes in cognitive reserve during the preclinical stage and quickly get science-based forecast of cognitive reserve, which will help to correct the dysfunctions, quickly stabilize and improve health. This will make the program adaptable to the needs of all user groups.We have developed a strategy, which will combine the psychological, psychotherapeutic, social, education and medical approaches and improve operation in all spheres of life.
