The mathematical model of compensation disturbances on the control object according to the reverse dynamic algorithm for the actual speed or position by using a fuzzy controller was developed. The main transient characteristics of process of the control DC drive speed and the transient characteristics of the operating process of the system that includes frequency converter and induction motor were obtained. A model of process of external compensation and parametric perturbations in driving positional electric complex structure were chosen. The basic steps and the relationship of the parameters simulation’s process of compensation the disturbances were established. Scientific novelty is to develop a method of compensation the disturbances for improving of the transient characteristics of electromechanical system by exact operation with the given speed and accurate movement diagram and exact stop of working device in the necessary position. A theoretical basis of excluding the effect of changes in static load and the inertia moment by using compensating model that ensures stabilization of dynamic parameters of quality control during the parametric perturbations. The results of article allow to improve the transient processes of electromechanical systems for the electric drive of any structure under the conditions of disturbances.
