IMPLEMENTATION TOOLS VALUE APPROACH IN THE DRAFT DISTANCE LEARNING
Abstract:

The modern development of society is focused on introduction of innovative technologies to ensure the availability and efficiency of the processes of education. These requirements form the list of tasks aimed at improving the mechanisms for management of educational processes and building a system of objective evaluation of students' knowledge. Solving these problems is possible in the case of transition from the state administration of higher education to the basics of market regulation. The requirements to adapt educational processes to market conditions require the creation of specific information environment of the institution and implementation of the tools of information and analytical support of the university as constituting a single information space of the institution. Management of educational projects based on the value approach will allow the move to multi-vector system of assessment and registration number of different factors: the external environment, the needs of society, the properties of the new product (graduates with new knowledge, skills and abilities), the characteristics and the level of perfection of processes, development trends of the university. Based on the system analysis of the educational activities of universities, to support distance education can be defined a number of key parameters and functional subsystems, which together provide the efficiency of the project of construction of the information environment of the university.
