Experts around the world are working on the problem of business management to achieve the best quality of their performance. The result of their collaboration is the development of the ideological principles of governance and development on the basis of common standards. One of these standards has become the ISO 9001 2008 and a new draft ISO 9001 2015, which is expected to approve as a standard in September 2015. The main purpose of these standards in relation to the activities of educational institutions to establish requirements to ensure confidence in the educational services to improve customer satisfaction (students, parents, employers), as well as to improve the internal linkages and control of the educational process, relationship with the public and reduce losses and efficiency. Creating a quality management system projects in the field of educational services is possible with the focus on the "process approach". Management processes and system as a whole can be achieved using the methodology of «Plan-Do-Check-Act» (PDCA) with a total focus on 'thinking, based on risk assessment "aimed at the prevention of unwanted produce results if all the activities of the institution represented in the form a unified system of interrelated processes, thanks to the emergence of properties increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire educational process. Meet the demands of consumers is the main result of the entire institution. This satisfaction is determined by two basic indicators of knowledge and skills that determine the level of competence of graduates.
