Development of computer systems and their components in a natural way of increasing a development level of resources – models, methods and means – from the exact and consecutive forms generated according to initial understandings and opportunities of the human to parallel and approximate reflecting the world around is considered. Increase of development level is provided with transition from the traditional organization of the pipeline system made of single-cycle matrix units for performance of operations over parallel codes of numbers to a matrix of digit-by-digit pipelines for multithreading data processing in consecutive codes with the improved ratio of productivity to complexity. For increase of result reliability the model of data used in on-line testing from exact to approximate is improved. Within this model development of the scan checking which reliability grows with increase in number in parallel of the working pipelines of multithreading computer system is offered.
