INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF COLLECTIVE EXPERT EVALUATION
Abstract:

In the paper the methods, model and information technology of collective expert evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process are developed. They can extend the functions of collective expert systems of information processing for decision making. They can also shorten the time of the works that are related with the process of technological preparation of production. The method of synthesis of collective expert evaluation models is proposed for the first time. The model of collective expert evaluation is developed using analytic hierarchy process. The method for derivation of priority vector based on fuzzy expert judgments is improved. The method of formation of the final decision based on the non-linear convolution of criteria is enhanced. The information technology of collective expert evaluation using the proposed models and methods is improved. The model choice subsystem based on the method of logical inference and synthesis subsystem of collective expert evaluation models are developed.
