DETERMINING OF DYNAMIC ROTARY SPEED AND CURRENT CHARACTERISTICS METHODS OF ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRICAL DRIVE
Abstract:

The method for determining rotary speed characteristic of asynchronous electrical drive by means of pulse transmitter was developed. Defects and limitations of existing methods are considered. The equations of developed methods are given. The method of current characteristic data receiving and their further processing is given here. Input data are rotary speed and current arrays, received by means of L-Card measuring device. The results of input data processing by means of developed methods are given. The method of induction motor stator current signal filtering by means of huge iteration averaging for its further processing and analysis is given here. Rotary speed characteristic on the first stage of processing should be filtered too for further analysis. The rotary speed average method is given. The results of input data arrays processing by means of developed methods are given as the illustrations in this article.
