Necessity of research of air traffic control operators attitude to flight separation norms is grounded. Polling form for definition of such attitude is proposed and grounded. Research of peculiarities of air traffic controllers attitude to longitudinal and lateral air space flight separation norms violation taking into account human factor influence on the flight safety and urgent necessity of aviation operators standard exploitation procedures usage. From fuzzy models of longitudinal and lateral flight separation norms violation risks (S=20 km) та (S=10 km) for air traffic control АСС, АРР regions it was found that risk indexes has statistically valid correlation that witness about similar air traffic controllers attitude to peculiarities of professional activity execution in given conditions. Also results of previous researches about high correlation value of air traffic controllers opinions about maximal and minimal norm violation hazard were approved.
