The generalized mathematical model and technique of transformers optimum design synthesis with combinations of windings from various conduction materials was offered. The generalized mathematical model was adapted to the number of transformer windings circles, to a type of conduction materials, and itscomponents were presented as the polynomials functions. It allows to organize effective structural and parametrical optimization of the transformer with windings from various conduction materials of the successive displacement method. The TM 400/10 three-phase transformers, with the flat three-rod magnetic system made of brand 3407 thick 0,35 mm electrotechnical steel with the cylindrical layered windings made of various conduction materials (cuprum and aluminum) and the 50 Hz working frequency were chosen for design researches. The generalized indicator of transformers economic efficiency are capitalize costs were used as criterion of optimization.
