Determining of the parameters of single-phase equivalent circuit of an induction motor based on two early developed methods by using T and G equivalent circuit is given. Algorithms of the parameters calculation by using two methods are given. The results of the calculations in a form of static mechanical and electromechanical characteristics, which were analyzed and compared, are given. Analysis of typical points of static characteristics (start, critical and nominal), gained by means of two methods in comparison with passport data of the induction motor is made. The equations of static mechanical characteristics for the first and the second method, by means of which parameters of single-phase equivalent circuit were determined and static mechanical characteristics were built are presented here. During comparing analysis of presented methods found which of them is more precise in comparison with passport data in the area of typical static characteristics points of caged induction motor.
