RESEARCH OF ENERGY LOSSES IN CONVEYOR ELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEMS WITH TRACTION BODY SPEED CONTROL
Abstract:

In order to stabilize the bulk loading conveyor belt in the article the structure of the closed-loop control system of linear speed of hauling freight in the function body is proposed. The model of electromechanical automation conveyor installations with optimum voltage regulator and PI speed control is given. Model of the belt conveyor is represented as four-mass block diagram, which is obtained through the use of kinetic and potential energy of motion. On the basis of a mathematical model conveyor control system of 160 kW in the package Matlab/Simulink while stabilizing bulk loading conveyor by volume has been researched. Using of the voltage regulator when the load volume stabilization makes it possible to significantly reduce the power losses in the electromechanical system of conveyor belt to 29%.
