DIGITAL CONTROL SYSTEMB OF CONTINUOUS METERING DEVICE OF FRIABLE MATERIALS CONTROL
Abstract:
Description of method for calculating the digital controller for continuous tape of dispenser bulk materials. Material flow control is implemented by changing the speed of movement of the conveyor belt with material. Mass of material which is delivered from conveyor is measured by device which associated with tape. Performance of the dispenser is determined by multiplying the speed signal of tape to the signal of material mass.  

Quality indicators: maximal overshoot in the transient response and maximal acceleration of the tape.

In this method the unknown value of transfer function of the open loop control system is represented by time constant of differentiation in the numerator of the desired transfer function. Description the quality dependence from time constant.The transfer function of the analog controller is determined by dividing the desired transfer function on transfer function of specific system part. Then a continuous transfer function is converted into a discrete function.

To ensure the independence of the system dynamic properties from the material mass magnitude in the regulator is used a device that divides signal error of a control on    signal of dispensed material mass.

Researches have been implemented on the model of the software package MATLAB-Simulink.
