АBOUT APPROACH TO TRANSPORT STREAM BITRATE CONTROL BY VIDEO PICTURE QUALITY CRITERIA
Abstract:

A problem of transport stream bitrate control is carried out for the modern digital television broadcasting systems on the stages of preparation and transmission of video content. A rate control method is offered by the criteria of video pictures quality, measuring by means of objective indexes and corresponding to subjective human perception.
