MEASUREMENTS UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION AT DETERMINATION OF HIGHER COMBUSTION HEAT AND CALCULATION LOWER HEATING VALUE IN SOLID MINERAL FUEL
Abstract:

In the article the warmth of combustion of solid mineral fuels as the main energy index are considered. The estimation algorithm measurement uncertainty of higher combustion heat to research the condition of the fuel, in the dry state of the fuel and the operating condition of fuel, as well as the evaluation of measurement uncertainties lowest heat of combustion on a working condition of fuel are given . The scheme of the measurement, the measurement model and budgets of uncertainty are presented.
