SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO CHARACTERIZATION ACCURACY OF TEMPERATURE RADIATION MEASUREMENT
Abstract:

The paper formulates the concept of analyzing the individual components of the various phases of temperature measurement by radiation. The research budget of uncertainty of the process temperature measurement by radiation. Formulated the method for analysis of radiation thermometry budget uncertainty and methods for uncertainty estimation function is linear-optical recording system radiation thermometer.
