APPLICATION OF DIGITAL CAMERAS FOR CALIBRATION OF GLASS LINE SCALE
Abstract:

The well-known secondary standard for calibration of glass line scale uses the absolute interference method, which is based on the use of dynamic laser interferometers with photoelectric microscope. However, the photoelectric microscope has some disadvantages that give results errors in the secondary standard. Overcoming these disadvantages is possible with digital CCD cameras.
