USING OFTHE FLIСKER NOISE SPECTROSCOPY METHODS FOR INFORMATION MEASUREMENT SIGNAL PROCESSING
Abstract:

The approach to the measurement information signal processing, based on the using off flicker noise spectroscopy methods, which provide  the possibility of allocating specific determined components, along with an estimation of presence of irregularities in the form of chaotic contributions of various natures.
